I don&#8217;t get it.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:46\">I\u2019m sure many of you have thought this before.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:270\">To be honest, I used to think the same thing.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:270\">Whenever I saw someone meditating, I&#8217;d think, &#8220;Aren&#8217;t they just wasting their time?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:270\">Especially when I was busy, I&#8217;d think, &#8220;If I have time for that, I should be doing something more productive,&#8221; or &#8220;I&#8217;d rather be sleeping.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:269\">When I was working long hours as a company employee, I couldn&#8217;t even imagine sitting still for a few minutes, let alone meditate.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:269\">I was so caught up in meeting the expectations of others and chasing after visible results. It felt almost scary to take a moment to pause.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:114\">And when I saw people meditating, I&#8217;d sometimes think negatively, like, &#8220;Maybe they have some deep-rooted stress.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"17:1-17:105\">But now, meditation has become a part of my daily life. In fact, I value it even more during busy times.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"19:1-19:61\">Why did my perspective change so drastically?
