How to Let Go of Regrets Over Your Ex"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Heartbreak can feel like an unbearable pain that squeezes your chest.<\/p>\n<p>When lingering feelings for an ex remain, that pain tends to linger, too.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI want to forget, but I can\u2019t.\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cMemories sneak up on me and hurt all over again.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Many of us have been there.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ll be honest\u2014I wasn\u2019t exactly the most popular guy, and I\u2019ve been rejected more times than I can count.<\/p>\n<p>Every time, I found myself asking, \u201cHow on earth do I deal with this pain?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>What eventually saved me was <em>meditation.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>At first, I was skeptical. But as I practiced little by little, my heart felt lighter, and I found myself looking forward again.<\/p>\n<p>Today, I\u2019d like to share a meditation practice that can help soothe the pain of heartbreak and let go of lingering feelings for an ex.
